Italian Upper Intermediate Part 2 Course overview
\In Part 2, you’ll improve your understanding of Italian language through the lens of Italian art and sculpture. The country has produced some of history’s finest artists such as Michelangelo, da Vinci and Caravaggio – and by the end of this course you’ll be able to describe and explain some of their classic works.
You’ll start using the congiuntivo imperfetto (the imperfect subjunctive) and the condizionale passato (the ‘future in the past’) to help you express yourself further.
You’ll also examine a variety of multimedia materials, such as radio, TV interviews and newspaper articles, adding a topical dimension to your study.
Part 2 is the second module in the upper intermediate syllabus, working your way towards CEFR B1/B2 level of proficiency.
Who is it for?
